Now this is something I’ve long suspected (especially in some of those weekly marathon phone calls for one of my clients). Researchers have demonstrated that meetings actually have negative effects.
Action item here people. Don’t schedule me for an hour meeting, when you only need me for 10 minutes.
Note: this is only a problem currently if I have to call into the meeting on the other coast. Good work ATL co-workers!
